Final CHALLENGE Update

WE LEAVE FOR CHALLENGE IN ONE DAY!!! The last few updates are below...

FINAL PAYMENT:

Please bring your final CHALLENGE payment of $490 to BCEFC on SATURDAY before we leave.

RELEASE FORM:

Fill-out and sign THIS form and bring it with you, along with your payment on SATURDAY.

DEPARTURE:

Arrive at BCEFC by 7:30AM. Don't forget to eat breakfast prior to arriving. WE WILL NOT BE STOPPING FOR BREAKFAST.

SCHEDULE:

SATURDAY.2 |  Leave BCEFC at 8:00am (*EAT BREAKFAST BEFORE*) --> Arrive in Columbia, MO at 10:00pm.

SUNDAY.3 | Leave Columbia, MO at 8:00am --> Arrive in Louisville, KY at 3:00pm.

MONDAY.4-THURSDAY.7 | Check out this SCHEDULE for a daily look at the conference!

THURSDAY.7 PM | Leave Louisville, KY at 9:00pm --> Arrive in Mt. Vernon, IL at 12:00am.

FRIDAY.8 | SIX FLAGS!!! --> Arrive in Columbia, MO at 10:00pm.

SATURDAY.9 | Leave Columbia, MO at 8:00am --> Arrive at BCEFC at 9:00pm.

WHAT TO BRING:

BIBLE | An ink and paper Bible, not just a lights and pixels one.

PILLOW | We're staying in hotels throughout the week, so no need for sleeping bags or linens, but you may want an extra pillow for your bed and for the road.

TOILETRIES | Maybe you want to use the hotel's shampoo and soap, but you should at least bring some toothpaste/brush.

CLOTHES | Obviously. Also, we will be serving around Louisville on Wednesday and Thursday, so be sure to bring a couple of pairs of clothes you don't mind getting dirty.

MEAL CASH | CHALLENGE provides all the meals at the conference, but that leaves us on our own for the travel. Make sure to bring enough money to cover 8 MEALS.

With fundraising and church support, the final cost for this year's trip is $590. If you have already paid the deposit, your payment of $490 is due THIS SUNDAY, THE 26TH (all checks payable to BCEFC).
